I had the great joy of photographing the Souza family this summer after the arrival of their newest little one. After meeting Tashia in 2017 when she was a bridesmaid in one of our clients weddings, I had the privilege of photographing her, her husband and first born when he was just a few months old for a Christmas tree farm mini session. So I was thrilled to be asked to do their in home newborn family session this past August and see how their sweet family has grown.
Their Chesapeake in home newborn family session was one of my favorite in home sessions I’ve ever done. Their home was so bright, open and inviting that I had the easiest time photographing this sweet family. In home sessions are quickly becoming one of my favorite sessions to photograph because I love the intimacy of being in someone’s home and being able to capture them in a place that is so special to them. Though they may not be in this house forever, it will always be remembered as a place they called home while they raised up their children.
